Is Rowvo free? Is there a subscription?

Counting is free forever. There are no ads and no subscription. An optional $2.99 one-time purchase unlocks Apple Watch and home-screen widgets.

Will I lose my count?

No. Every tap is saved immediately and Rowvo keeps automatic local backups.

How does syncing work?

Rowvo syncs through your own iCloud account. It shows Synced, Syncing, or Offline status; we never see or store your data.

I switched phones or my count looks wrong.

Use the same iCloud account and make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for Rowvo. Long-press the number to correct it, then email us if you need help.

How do I back up or move data?

Open a project and export it as PDF or JSON.

How do I restore Pro?

In Rowvo, go to Settings → Restore Purchases and use the Apple ID that made the original purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with the purchase date.
